Helen brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team, and her proven track record in healthcare administration makes her a valuable addition to our organization. 

As a born and raised New Yorker, Helen’s career in the healthcare industry spans over a decade, during which she has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered care. Her previous roles have equipped her with the skills necessary to oversee daily operations, manage staff effectively, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow within the medical office.

In her most recent position as Director of Operations in NY, NY Helen successfully implemented new strategies to improve the efficiency of administrative processes, resulting in a significant increase in patient satisfaction ratings. Her dedication to continuous improvement and her ability to lead and motivate her team have been instrumental in driving positive outcomes.

Helen holds an Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Hunter College.
